Please Note

Due to the nature of glass, there is a possibility that your glass art piece could break or crack during the cooling process. If this happens, You will be notified by email and you will have three different options:

• You may choose from the Help Create color mixes and your artwork will be created for you.
• You can choose the same style of art glass piece from Vetro’s Gallery.
• You can schedule a time to come back to the Vetro Glassblowing Studio and re-make your art glass piece!

What to Wear: 

The studio is usually slightly warmer than the outdoor temperature, so please dress accordingly.             

Clothes made of cotton, no billowy sleeves
Closed toed shoes
Long hair pulled back securely
Sunglasses (if needed for extra sensitive eyes)

Water bottle recommended!

* These are all suggestions, not requirements! The most important thing is that you are comfortable and have FUN!

Rescheduling, Cancellation and Refund Policies

• Reschedule - you can process online up to 3 days BEFORE your reservation.
• Cancel  - You must notify within 3 Days of your event date for a refund.
• No-shows will NOT be able to reschedule or receive a refund.
• If you fail to notify within 72 hours, your payment will be NON-REFUNDABLE.

*Due to the limited event space, time-slots fill very quickly.

You will need to enter name, email and phone number for one participant - there is one ticket per couple.

The person purchasing ticket(s) will receive a master email confirmation for the ticket purchased and instructions to setup their account for any changes. This individual ticket holder will need to bring a printed ticket or their phone with the couple's digital ticket to the Event.
