Due to the nature of glass, there is a possibility that your glass art piece could break or crack during the cooling process. If this happens, you will be notified by email and you will have three different options:

• You may choose from the Help Create color mixes and your artwork will be created for you.
• You can choose the same style of art glass piece from Vetro’s Gallery.
• You can schedule a time to come back to the Vetro Glassblowing Studio and re-make your art glass piece!

Rescheduling, Cancellation and Refund Policies

• Reschedule - you can process online up to 3 days BEFORE your reservation.
• Cancel  - you must notify within 3 Days of your event date for a refund.
• No-shows will NOT be able to reschedule or receive a refund.
• If you fail to notify within 72 hours, your payment will be NON-REFUNDABLE.

*Due to the limited event space, time-slots fill very quickly.

You will need to enter name, email and phone number for each participant so they will receive their tickets.

The person purchasing ticket(s) will receive a master email confirmation for all tickets purchased and instructions to setup their account for any changes. Each individual ticket holder will need to bring a printed ticket or their phone with digital ticket to the Event.
