Rescheduling, Cancellation and Refund Policies

Reschedule event - The Purchaser can process online through their account up to 10 days BEFORE your group reservation.
Cancel event - The Purchaser must notify Vetro within 10 days BEFORE the group event for a refund.
NO Shows - Will NOT be able to reschedule or receive a refund.
If you Fail to Notify Vetro within 10 Days from event date, your payment will be NON-REFUNDABLE.

*Due to the limited event space, time-slots fill very quickly.

You will need to enter name, email and phone number for the event manager so they will receive the ticket. The person purchasing ticket will receive a master email confirmation for the event and art style(s) purchased and instructions to setup their account for any changes.
